Job summary

Celestica in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior SCM professional to lead inventory management and planning. You will coordinate with Purchasing, SLM, and engineering teams to ensure material availability, accurate BOMs, and timely customer deliveries.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement in supply chain metrics, including turns, cash flow, and forecast accuracy, in a hybrid work setup at the Singapore site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Significant experience in project management and product life cycles.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing and planning.
• Ability to manage KPIs and cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with NPI and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive SCM team to manage material shortages and ensure on-time builds.
• Act as liaison between customer projects and internal departments for new requirements.
• Maintain timely demand management and inventory controls.
• Optimize excess, surplus, and obsolete inventory.
• Collaborate on BOM accuracy and engineering changes.
• Lead SIOP process with monthly rhythm meetings and data accuracy.
• Maintain site-wide training, performance, and coaching of staff.
• Monitor MRP/ROP and capacity to improve turns and cash flow.
