Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies across phases, and ensure readiness criteria are met for go-live readiness.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. A PMP or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, or related programs.
• Experience with cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, and stakeholder cadence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for supplier onboarding across multiple phases.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, and other partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to define and execute onboarding requirements.
• Track readiness against process, data, finance, trading structure, and logistics requirements.
• Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Lead cadence meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, and ensure follow-ups.
• Build onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, and escalation trackers.
• Identify conflicts and risks that may impact Phase 4 delivery or business continuity.
• Escalate blockers with clear options, impacts, owners, and next steps.
