PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to lead the Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4.

You will coordinate cross-functional readiness, manage dependencies, and maintain onboarding plans to ensure timely go-live readiness and business continuity. The role requires strong project management skills, experience in supplier onboarding, and collaboration across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots and other external partners.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service and operations to ensure onboarding requirements are defined and executed.
Track supplier readiness against process, system, data, finance, trading structure, service, and logistics requirements.
Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, issues, and decisions.
