Job summary

HP PPS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced supply chain leader to drive highly complex processes for large global units, coordinating with executives to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities include demand/supply matching, leading cross-functional planning, KPIs, and mentoring junior staff. A PMP and a strong ERP background are valued for strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategically drives complex supply chain processes for large global units.
• Executes demand and supply matching at the highest level, linking planning to execution.
• Leads cross-functional global planning teams to optimize current processes.
• Defines, measures, and leverages KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Contributes to priority projects with insights and recommendations.
• Communicates requirements to global planning teams and stakeholders.
• Ensures alignment with global goals and coordinates reporting.
• Facilitates leadership meetings to drive operation plans and development.
