Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful onboarding of new customers and smooth go-lives.

The role requires strong experience in warehouse implementations, 3PL environments, and cross-functional collaboration with IT teams on WMS/ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics operations.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading warehouse implementations, customer onboarding, start-up operations, or process improvement projects.
• Experience in a 3PL environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed deadlines.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, manage, and elevate project risks and issues appropriately.
• Lead new customer onboarding and warehouse implementation projects.
• Coordinate warehouse ramp-up activities, including manpower, equipment, layout, processes, and system setup.
• Manage site transfers, business migrations, and operational transitions.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational processes and deliverables.
• Coordinate with IT teams on WMS, ERP, and system enhancement projects.
• Support warehouse automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation validation.
• Ensure operational readiness before system go-live.
• Prepare project status reports, management presentations, and implementation reports.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain complete project documentation and records.
