is seeking a Procurement, Logistics & Maintenance Executive to manage the end-to-end supply chain and support restaurant equipment and facilities across multiple outlets in Singapore. The role bridges sourcing with distribution, ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and reliable maintenance, while coordinating with suppliers, drivers, and technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Effective time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with can-do attitude.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate logistics to transport stock from warehouse to Takagi Ramen outlets on schedule.
• Assist drivers with unloading goods at outlets when needed.
• Manage warehouse inventory by receiving, checking, ordering, and counting stocks from suppliers.
• Plan and execute logistics routes to ensure timely delivery of goods to all outlets.
• Coordinate delivery schedules among suppliers, warehouse, central kitchen, and outlets.
• Enter billing data for Takagi Ramen, Takagi Food, and Daichi Kitchen accurately.
