Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement & Admin Assistant Manager for the Food Industry at JTC Bedok Food City, Singapore.

You will oversee end-to-end procurement, sourcing, negotiation, supplier evaluation and vendor management, while coordinating with Operations, Production and Warehouse teams. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field, and at least 4 years of relevant experience; knowledge of ISO/FSSC and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement, purchasing and administration experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and supplier evaluation.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and reliability.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.
