Job summary

Seng Hua Hng Foodstuff Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end logistics and procurement activities in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating purchasing, supplier management, and inventory to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with sales and production to ensure timely order fulfillment, arrange transportation, and monitor shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Good communication and negotiation with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the end-to-end supply chain from purchasing to delivery.
• Handle procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, price comparison, and PO issuance.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and competitive pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Plan and arrange transportation and logistics for timely delivery.
• Track orders, shipments, and inventory records in the system.
• Prepare supply chain reports for management review.
• Support process improvements to reduce cost and lead times.
