Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support indirect procurement activities for a leading global Aerospace MNC. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate P2P processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3–6 years in procurement, strong RFQ and supplier-management skills, and proficiency in Excel and SAP R/3. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on Procurement/Sourcing experience, preferably indirect procurement.
• Strong experience handling RFQs, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing operational procurement from requisition to delivery and supplier performance.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP R/3 or similar ERP system.
• Able to independently manage multiple sourcing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities from requirement identification to supplier performance.
• Source and identify suitable suppliers and develop competitive supplier pools.
• Lead RFQ processes, including document prep, bid evaluation and clarifications.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and recommend suppliers based on cost, quality and service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into procurement specs.
• Oversee Purchase-to-Pay processes including requisitions, POs and deliveries.
• Support supplier qualification, onboarding and ongoing performance management.
• Drive supplier consolidation and rationalisation initiatives when needed.
• Maintain sourcing records, quotations and supplier information.
