• 8+ years in solutions or services sales, preferably in IT services or enterprise tech.
• 3+ years selling complex, multi-solution engagements.
• Experience engaging manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or warehouse clients.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business-case development.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of Smart Manufacturing solutions across APAC.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned to revenue and growth goals.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closure.
• Lead RFP/RFQ responses with alignment to Lenovo's service capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects, product specialists, and delivery teams to shape solutions.
