Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a senior strategy and transformation leader to drive AI-enabled operating models and executive-level engagements across multiple industries. You will lead workshops with C-suite executives, create compelling business cases, and shape MVPs and automation packs with xIQ insights.

Qualifications

Experience: 10-15+ years in Digital Workplace, end user computing, or managed services; 5+ years leading complex transformation programs with executive visibility.
AI & Automation: Practical knowledge of Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentic patterns; capable of framing use cases, risks, and controls for executives.
Financial Acumen: Strong command of business case development, P&L impact modeling, TCO/ROI, and cloud economics.
Workshops & Co Creation: Exceptional facilitation skills with a track record of roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
Solution Depth: Familiar with modern deployment, UEM, collaboration, identity/security, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
Product Mindset: Experience owning lifecycle of a complex enterprise product or automation platform.
Industry Exposure: Experience in healthcare, retail, or telco; adaptable to domains.
Communication: Outstanding executive storytelling and written/verbal communication.
Leadership: Mentors senior consultants/architects; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead C-suite and VP-level strategy workshops to align vision, value drivers, AI adoption priorities, and operating model shifts.
Build board-ready business cases and P&L models quantifying TCO, OpEx/CapEx, cost-to-serve improvements, and productivity impact.
Translate AI/automation, UEM, and collaboration programs into investment theses and risk narratives for executives.
Embed with customers during early engagement to drive discovery, process validation, and rapid prototyping.
Define escalation paths, decision boundaries, and governance for AI-enabled operating models and HITL patterns.
Shape MVPs, automation packs, telemetry templates, and dashboards with xIQ and Offering teams.
