Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to uncover customer pain, design tailored Stripe solutions, and drive technical wins across APAC and Greater China. You will engage executives, lead discovery, and showcase Stripe's platform through impactful demonstrations and roadmaps.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in customer-facing engineering roles, strong English and Mandarin, and solid knowledge of SDLC and API architectures. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as sales engineer, pre-sale solution consultant or solutions architect for a global software enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous technical discovery and business analysis to understand customer operations and requirements.
• Lead strategic engagements with APAC and Greater China users, guiding discovery and proposing technical wins through executive briefings and demonstrations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and map Stripe solutions to new markets and business units.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform product and engineering with field insights and emerging opportunities.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations showing Stripe's value and customization for customers.
