Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager of Solution Architecture to lead and mentor a high-performing presales team. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering to shape account strategy and accelerate revenue growth.

You will engage with executives, advocate for customers, and represent Stripe at industry events, ensuring strong relationships with senior stakeholders while advancing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales leadership experience and 10+ years in technical sales roles.
• Track record of building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS or usage-based businesses.
• Payments experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and monetization.
• Energy, enthusiasm and passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class presales engineering team at scale.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Engage with executives and build credible relationships with key decision makers.
• Represent Stripe at industry events and customer reviews and drive opportunities.
