Citi in Singapore seeks a Solution Sales Sr Specialist to drive strategic regional client relationships and lead end-to-end cash management deals. You will influence product strategy, coordinate with global teams, and ensure compliant governance across KYC and risk controls.

You will manage major accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and represent Citi at client and industry events, leveraging deep credit and negotiation skills in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or related field.
• Solid credit skills and experience required.
• Broad client management experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and self-management abilities.
• Proven client management and deal negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with global, regional and local colleagues.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management and Optimization: Develop deep relationships with key global and regional clients.
• Retain clients and grow volumes/values across regions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Be Citi ambassador in the region with clients and industry forums.
• Maintain leading edge expertise of the industry and regional competition.
• Lead and influence strategy within regional/global sales teams.
• Lead end-to-end cash management deals including RFPs and client pitches.
• Develop client focus strategies for key clients and sub-sectors.
• Ensure governance and control, KYC, documentation, and training compliance.
• Review account plans to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue.
• Build target lists for new cash business through unsolicited bids.
• Meet Sales Management goals for pipeline, deals, and implementations.
• Prepare compelling client presentations and coordinate with implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Management on market developments and updates.
