Job summary

CMTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Logistics/Supply Chain Coordinator in Singapore to organize daily shipments, liaise with forwarders, and prepare shipping documents.

You will monitor schedules, coordinate import/export arrangements, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining records. Requirements include a NITEC or Diploma in a related field, 1–3 years of experience (fresh grads welcome), strong negotiation and analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in supply chain management, business administration, procurement, or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, or more depending on level.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing, procurement techniques, and market analysis.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transport providers.
• Prepare shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and delivery orders.
• Coordinate import and export arrangements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Follow up on shipment status and resolve any shipping-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments on shipment and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain proper shipping records and documentation.
