Job summary

CMTI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to arrange and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries in Singapore. The role involves liaising with freight forwarders and transport providers, preparing essential shipping documents, and coordinating import/export arrangements.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in relevant fields, 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, and proficiency in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement, or related field.
1-3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Arrange and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transport providers.
Prepare shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and delivery orders.
Coordinate import and export arrangements.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Follow up on shipment status and resolve any shipping-related issues.
Coordinate with internal departments on shipment and delivery arrangements.
Maintain proper shipping records and documentation.
