Qualifications

• Experience in shipment coordination or logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, trade regulations, and customs processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment activities with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify shipping and trade documents for compliance with customs and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute endorsed shipping documents to affiliates and trading partners.
• Process voyages, freight payments, and billing through internal systems.
• Review vendor invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and handle credit/debit adjustments.
• Troubleshoot operational or system issues affecting day-to-day shipments.
• Analyze transportation spend and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory management including handling slow-moving or excess stock.
