Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst (Service Design) to shape client solutions, translate needs into actionable requirements, and guide design from business and user perspectives. You will map end-to-end journeys, run workshops, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled, user-centered services.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years as a BA and 1–3 years in service design, with strong stakeholder management and experience across IT,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, systems integration, or consulting projects.
• 1–3 years in Service Design, Customer Experience, or a related field.
• Strong experience in service design methodologies and human-centered design.
• Experience with AI products or AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cloud-native AI platforms or AI services on cloud environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, use cases, and user stories.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and design service blueprints.
• Plan and facilitate discovery, co-creation, and design workshops.
• Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams on solution design.
• Support agile planning, UAT, and change readiness.
