Job summary
lg cns co., ltd. singapore branch seeks a high-performing sales leader with deep BFSI IT consulting experience to drive revenue growth and expand footprint in top banks and insurers.
You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, manage C-level relationships, and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals for multi-year, multi-million deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT; MBA desirable.
- 8–12+ years’ enterprise sales in IT Consulting, Professional Services, or SI.
- 5+ years selling to BFSI with banking/insurance knowledge.
- Track record of $5M+ annual quotas and multi-year IT service deals.
- Established C-Suite network in BFSI.
- Proficient in Challenger Sale, MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling.
- Excellent negotiation and business communication.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing multi-million deals.
- Achieve/exceed annual targets and strategic account goals.
- Develop pipeline via networking, cold outreach, and industry ties.
- Lead account planning; cross-sell and upsell digital, cloud, and managed services.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams on proposals.
- Present RFPs/RFIs and capability pitches; negotiate contracts.
