Job summary

Advantest Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader to guide the department responsible for Advantest’s ATE and DH products in Singapore and the region. You will develop strategies, build customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.

The role requires 6–8 years of semiconductor sales, strong leadership, and the ability to travel on short notice while coordinating with ASP and subsidiaries to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 6-8 years sales experience in semiconductors.
• Preference for proven management or leadership experience.
• Willing to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for Advantest’s products.
• Collaborate with Product Business Units to enhance customer support and develop initiatives.
• Lead presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts with customers.
• Deliver sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
