Job summary

Advantest in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to support semiconductor equipment projects across OSAT sites, coordinating with US headquarters and regional teams to ensure successful execution.

You will lead customer meetings, manage equipment consignments and production status, and collaborate with R&D and Field Service for on-site validation, with readiness for travel and occasional cleanroom work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication for international meetings.
• Willingness to work in cleanrooms and manage time-zone specific meetings.

Responsibilities

• Global Coordination: bridge US HQ and Singapore teams for project alignment.
• OSAT Management: handle equipment consignment and production status at OSATs.
• Customer Interface: lead meetings with Design House customers and provide solutions.
• On-site Validation: support product verification with R&D and Field Service in cleanrooms.
• Daily Reporting: conduct daily sync calls with the US team for status updates.
• Agile Travel: support short-notice domestic travel for project needs.
