Job summary

TENTEN Partners is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join our Singapore headquarters. This role focuses on optimizing operations, analyzing data, and turning insights into practical improvements rather than traditional admin work.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Operations & Chief of Staff, gaining a deep understanding of our systems and the business while delivering value across regional operations with initiative and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience across operations, sales support, recruitment, HR administration or similar.
• Highly organised and accurate with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Office 365, CRM systems and business technology.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Able to create well-presented PowerPoint or Canva materials.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and commercially focused teams.
• Takes ownership and can work independently.
• Discreet handling confidential information.
• Able to juggle competing priorities without losing focus.
• Enjoys solving problems and improving processes.
• Has an international outlook and works across cultures and markets.

Responsibilities

• Sales operations & CRM: maintain data, reports and track activity.
• Business analysis: identify trends and management-relevant exceptions.
• Sales enablement: use LinkedIn and Talent Insights for market intelligence and BD materials.
• HR & people administration: support onboarding/offboarding and records.
• Marketing support: prepare presentations and client materials.
• Executive & operational support: assist Head of Operations & Chief of Staff with research, projects and meetings.
