Job summary

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to partner with the SVP of Sales in Singapore. You will help manage forecasting, budgeting, territory quotas, CRM administration and reporting to drive revenue performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in sales operations or software-driven environments, strong budgeting and analytics skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in a sales environment or software tech domain.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Familiar with GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition and IP terms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales forecasting and participate in forecast calls.
• Prepare for Executive Management Team Business Reviews.
• Contribute to annual budget development for Sales teams.
• Develop territory and quota assignments for sales leaders.
• Monitor CRM data accuracy and reporting
• Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition and collections
• Present analytical data on sales activities and performance
