• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
• Liaise with customers on enquiries, order status, and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment
• Source products from suppliers and obtain competitive pricing where required
• Assist in documentation, including material certificates and project requirements
• Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries, and customer requests
• Support sales activities, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
