Job summary

InterSystems Asia Pacific seeks an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to organize and manage sales processes in Southeast Asia. You will provide operational support, manage bids and key opportunities, and lead the implementation of best practices to drive growth and achieve financial objectives.

This role connects functions to close the sales loop, while maintaining strong communications with partners and customers from a commercial perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operation, Sales Admin, Business Operation, Contract Management, or similar support role.
• Good understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
• Previous experience of managing high value bids to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Creative and solutions-focused problem solver with autonomy to execute.
• Ability to assess risks and returns and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond and manage targeted sales projects from sales requests to closing, including bids, pricing, and contracts.
• Identify and manage public and private tender notices relevant to products and services.
• Manage bids end-to-end from bid go/no-go to submission with inputs from stakeholders.
• Format and contribute to written proposals in content and presentation.
• Maintain high attention to detail with predefined documentation steps for sales interactions.
• Collaborate with APAC and global management to secure approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain information and support process improvements.
• Ensure CRM is used effectively, review data accuracy, and provide user support.
• Engage partners and customers to handle questions and business processes at the commercial level.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and gaps; leverage resources to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and boost sales effectiveness.
