Job summary

INTERSYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Sales Operation Analyst to organize and manage procedures linked to sales activities in Southeast Asia.

The role provides operational support, manages bids and opportunities, and leads best practice implementation. The candidate will connect functions to close the sales loop, interact with partners and customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, accuracy, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operation, Sales Admin, or similar support roles.
• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
• Experience managing high-value bids to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage targeted sales projects from requests to closing, including pricing.
• Identify and manage tender notices for products and services.
• Oversee end-to-end bids from go/no-go to submission.
• Contribute to written proposals in content and presentation.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and CRM data quality.
• Collaborate with APAC and global management for approvals.
