Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Sales Operation Analyst to organize and manage procedures tied to Southeast Asia sales activities. You will provide operational support, manage bids and key opportunities, and drive best practices and insights to support healthy growth and financial objectives.

You will connect functions to close the sales loop, while engaging with partners and customers to maintain strong commercial relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operation, Sales Admin, Business Operation, Contract Management, or similar support role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Creative and solutions-focused problem solver with keen business sense; able to identify opportunities and execute autonomously.
• High standards for thoroughness and accuracy; capable of balancing multiple tasks without losing details.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage targeted sales projects from requests to closing, including bids, pricing, contracts, and payments.
• Identify and manage tender notices, both public and private, relevant to offered products and services.
• Manage end-to-end bids from bid go/no-go to submission with input from stakeholders.
• Format and contribute to written proposals and presentations with clear content.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, provide user support, and advise on improvements.
• Coordinate with APAC and global management for reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain and integrate necessary information.
• Engage with partners and customers on commercial processes and communications.
• Identify bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and boost sales effectiveness.
