Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Support to provide day-to-day assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams across commercial activities, customer engagement and regional initiatives. You will coordinate customer meetings, events, and collaborate with regional teams to drive campaigns, prepare presentations and consolidate sales data for reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience within a Sales and/or Marketing function is preferred.
• Experience in Sales Support, Marketing Coordination, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or Account/Business Support will be advantageous.
• Experience supporting customer events, marketing activities, sales meetings, conferences or commercial initiatives is preferred.
• Comfortable working with sales data, reports, presentations and commercial documentation.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing operations within a corporate environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and/or Concur will be advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing teams across commercial activities, customer engagement and regional initiatives.
• Coordinate customer meetings, workshops, sales conferences, marketing activities and regional commercial events.
• Support the planning and execution of customer-facing events, including venue, vendors, catering, materials and participant communications.
• Assist with preparation of sales and marketing presentations, reports and business materials.
• Support collection and consolidation of sales data for performance reports and dashboards.
• Maintain sales organisation records, customer/team databases and distribution lists.
• Support contract administration, commercial documentation and internal approval workflows.
• Track action items from sales and commercial meetings and coordinate timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other functions to support commercial initiatives and day-to-day business operations.
• Support procurement and purchase requisition processes for commercial and marketing activities.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners for events, marketing activities and other business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing support processes and administrative efficiency.
• Provide secondary executive support to senior management, including calendar and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate regional business travel arrangements and support expense claims and reimbursements where required.
