Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive sales and marketing coordinator to support our Leasing & Marketing team. You will contact potential clients by email and phone, understand their business needs, and help arrange Show Suite previews.

The role requires good communication, strong organisation, and basic Microsoft Office skills. You will categorise prospects, follow up enquiries promptly, and assist with general sales, leasing, and marketing administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with potential clients via phone and email.
• Organised, proactive and able to follow up on enquiries promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via email and phone to understand their business needs.
• Identify and categorise prospective clients based on their requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange Show Suite previews for potential clients with the Leasing & Marketing Team.
• Provide general sales, leasing and marketing administrative support.
• Assist the Leasing Team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
