Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a proactive Sales/Marketing Support professional to help plan and run events, workshops and customer meetings. This role is fully onsite and requires strong organisation and communication.

You will coordinate contracts, documents and commercial follow-up, assist with sales reports and dashboards, and support procurement and travel arrangements for senior teams in the SEA region. SAP, Concur and Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Sales / Marketing / Commercial Support preferred.
• MNC experience advantageous.
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable supporting events.
• Experience with SAP, Concur and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Marketing teams on events, workshops and customer meetings
• Coordinate contracts, documents, approvals and commercial follow-up
• Assist with sales reports, dashboards and operational support
• Support procurement and purchase requisition processes
• Manage calendar, travel, expenses and meetings for Head of MED, SEA
• Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics and event arrangements
