Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to engage potential clients via email and phone, understand their business needs, and support leasing and marketing activities.

You will coordinate show suite previews, assist the Leasing Team with admin tasks, and follow up on inquiries promptly using basic MS Office tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with potential clients via phone and email.
• Organised, proactive and able to follow up on enquiries promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via email and phone to understand their business needs.
• Identify and categorise prospective clients based on their requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange Show Suite previews for potential clients with the Leasing & Marketing Team.
• Provide general sales, leasing and marketing administrative support.
• Assist the Leasing Team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
