Job summary

welstand international pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to expand our commercial cleaning services. You will lead strategies to win new contracts, target offices, malls, and industrial properties, and build lasting client relationships.

The role requires proven sales success, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with operations to deliver on promises. Weekend work may be required in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years working experience.
Minimum Degree is required.
Experience in cleaning services or facilities management is advantageous.
Proven track record in securing service contracts and achieving sales targets.
Ability to generate new business leads and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote cleaning services and meet revenue targets.
Identify opportunities in commercial buildings, offices, malls, and other facilities.
Establish annual sales targets and customer acquisition plans.
Approach and secure new customers needing cleaning services.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tenders for prospects.
Build relationships with property managers and corporate clients.
Coordinate with operations to ensure contracts can be delivered as required.
Attend site visits to assess scope, manpower and costs.
Monitor contracts from start and ensure smooth handover to operations.
