• Experience in both site operations and sales functions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Valid driving license.
• Own personal vehicle to attend site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify and manage tender opportunities from initial submission through award stages.
• Assess client sites and evaluate cleaning requirements based on operational needs and site conditions.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
