HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Sales Executive for our Woodlands office in Singapore.

You will develop new business opportunities, secure service contracts, and tailor cleaning solutions for corporate, industrial, and residential clients. The role involves site visits, quotations, and full sales cycle management. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in cleaning, facilities management, or service industries.
• Strong ability in preparing quotations and handling client presentations.
• Confident in conducting site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and generate cleaning service contracts.
• Identify, prospect, and follow up on potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and service scope.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service contracts to clients.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and recommend suitable cleaning solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to negotiation and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer updates.
• Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
