Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as a sales representative or sales manager with targets met.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Mentoring, coaching and people management skills; data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and presence.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding needs.
• Implement new sales plans and present sales, revenue and expense forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competition and products.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
