The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can work both in a team and independently, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field is required.
• Experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams on marketing strategy.
• Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Learn and work with various software for digital marketing.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
• Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
• Give presentations.
• Maintain a marketing database.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
• Prepare, format and edit a range of documents.
• Understand company product and brand.
• General office duties.
• Create and interpret a variety of reports.
• Organize market research.
• Analyze questionnaires and other feedback forms.
• Update social media accounts.
• Perform other duties assigned by the director.
