Job summary

Penanshin Air Express is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in Singapore. You will lead a high-performing sales team, secure major accounts, and expand market presence through strategic prospecting and effective client engagement.

The role demands a diploma in business/marketing, 3+ years of relevant experience with proven sales success, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Marketing required.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience with managerial responsibilities.
• Proven track record in securing major accounts and exceeding targets.
• Strategic thinker with ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
• Solid knowledge of business development, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by generating new leads and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospect, qualify leads, pitch, and close deals.
• Develop tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring renewals and satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor, analyze sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing to support annual sales strategies and objectives.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.
