Job summary

HIMC (Singapore) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. invites a pre-sales engineer to provide pre-sales technical solutions and business support for AMHS and semiconductor equipment.

You will collaborate with customers to gather requirements, address inquiries, and support project delivery through technical input and specification negotiation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering and at least 3 years in semiconductor automation equipment development or project implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in semiconductor automation equipment development, project implementation, or operation and maintenance.
• Strong skills in solution integration and project coordination.
• Demonstrated responsible, reliable, and self-motivated work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales technical solutions and business support for AMHS and semiconductor equipment (Sorter/EFEM) to meet customer needs.
• Collect and analyze customer requirements to inform solution design and bidding documentation.
• Respond promptly and accurately to technical inquiries from customers to facilitate decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive pre-sales and bidding documents that align with customer and project specifications.
• Negotiate and confirm customer technical specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Provide detailed requirement input and ongoing technical support throughout project delivery to ensure successful implementation.
