Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales Incentive/Performance teams preferred.
• Strong Excel/SQL/VBA/Python skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and learn quickly.
• Excellent analytical, communication and decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Calculate sales incentives for assigned portfolio and assist with daily operations.
• Analyse sales performance and provide insights to management and sales head.
• Assess incentive scheme effectiveness against targets and outcomes.
• Design incentive schemes using balanced scorecards to drive behaviour.
• Lead annual incentive planning with historical analysis and scenario simulations.
• Assist with data massaging, validation and feature engineering for raw data.
• Drive process improvements through streamlining and automation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing when required.
• Document procedural changes to ensure audit compliance.
• Resolve queries from front-line sales force promptly.
