• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics or equivalent.
• Experience with RPA and coding; knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-designing with inhouse system teams on development and deployment of new systems and dashboards.
• Reviewing claims submitted by companies for compliance with guidelines and award letters.
• Ensuring service delivery in accordance with defined SLAs from planning through reporting.
• Meeting with senior executives and lead engineers to ascertain the status of financial incentives awarded to companies.
• Assessing the achievement of incentives conditions with on-site visits and documents review.
• Identifying gaps and shaping policy framework from issues identified.
• Preparing periodic reports to senior management.
• Promoting organisational awareness on incentive governance, business continuity planning and risk management.
