Job summary

Aegis Building and Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and profitability. You will build relationships with clients, prepare quotations, and manage tender submissions while aligning with project teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Project Management or Engineering, have at least 3 years in preventive maintenance or construction sales, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management / Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar role in maintenance or construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer bases to achieve sales targets.
• Manage regular sales activities including customer management and tender submissions.
• Review project specifications and prepare quotations, costings and sales reports.
• Analyze target markets and develop engagement strategies.
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors and the project team.
• Monitor project progress and prepare monthly sales forecasts for management.
• Attend site coordination and technical meetings; prepare minutes of meetings.
