Job summary

LPC INDUSTRIAL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Sales Engineer to develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understand project requirements, and drive revenue growth through technical solutions and compelling tenders. You will work with sales and project teams, visit sites, prepare quotations, and attend meetings and exhibitions to promote company solutions.

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of construction sales experience are required; driving

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineer role within the construction industry.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle for site visits.
• Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned market.
• Work closely with sales and project teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on tenders.
• Provide product and technical solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company solutions and build business relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Sales Manager.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
