Job summary

Careers @ Focal Search is seeking a Business Development professional in Singapore to identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets. You will craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets, while nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Collaborating with operations, you will prepare subcontractor quotations and address client questions, discuss capabilities and scheduling, and generate cost estimates and quotes for review.

• Experience in developing business plans and market research.
• Ability to create and implement sales plans to hit targets.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Business development for a variety of services by identifying opportunities in domestic and foreign markets.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet performance targets and advance business goals.
• Organize and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with operations staff to prepare subcontractor quotations and address client questions.
• Discuss technical capabilities, manpower, and scheduling information to acquire quotes.
• Create cost estimates and quotes for customers or salespeople to review.
• Communicate with consumers, salespeople, and operators; oversee ongoing initiatives and respond to critical client needs.
