Job summary

NHG Polyclinics is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Planning & Development to strengthen enterprise risk management and business continuity frameworks while supporting corporate and strategic planning.

The role partners with NHGHealth group and cross-functional stakeholders to embed a risk-aware culture, ensure resilience, and support informed decision-making to achieve KRAs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise risk management and business continuity experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial capacity with exposure to senior leadership.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen the enterprise risk management framework end-to-end.
• Lead business continuity programme design, planning and exercises.
• Support corporate and strategic planning processes and performance monitoring.
• Oversee secretariat functions for VIP visits and meetings; paper preparation and governance.
• Identify, track and showcase organisational awards and achievements.
