Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in corporate planning or governance, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in corporate planning, governance or performance reporting; healthcare/public sector experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player capable of mentoring peers.
• Organised, dependable and detail-oriented with multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and corporate planning, shaping the long-term blueprint aligned with national priorities.
• Drive performance management, dashboards and reporting for senior management and Board.
• Oversee governance including enterprise risk management, business continuity, data protection and sustainability.
• Lead senior management platforms and translate strategy into actionable plans across the organisation.
• Represent NHG Population Health in national workgroups contributing to system-level frameworks.
