National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a Senior Manager, Planning to drive strategic and corporate planning for NHG Population Health. You will shape long-term blueprint, develop performance dashboards, and ensure alignment with national health priorities across Population Health, Community Health, and Primary Care.

You will oversee governance, risk management, and data protection frameworks, lead senior leadership platforms, and coordinate cross-functional priorities to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate planning, corporate governance, performance reporting or related area.
• Experience in healthcare or public sector is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles, projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization experience is a plus.
• Able to work 100% onsite in Novena.
