Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a Planning & Management Lead within Group Technology & Operations to drive Retail portfolio planning, demand forecasting, and application lifecycle governance for the Retail portfolio.

You will partner with Business, Technology, Strategy, Risk, Planning and Country stakeholders to make demand transparent, assess capacity, prioritise investments and support executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology project portfolio planning within banking/finance.
• Strong governance, reporting and executive papers preparation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project portfolio planning, demand forecasting and governance for the Retail portfolio.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Strategy, Risk, Planning and Country stakeholders.
• Drive transparency of demand, capacity, investments and priorities for decisions.
• Strengthen paper clarity, governance discipline and approval readiness.
• Provide management insights on demand, capacity, priorities and trade-offs.
• Oversee application lifecycle management and obsolescence remediation planning.
• Lead forward planning of application refresh initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Drive annual technology obsolescence reviews and timely completion.
