NParks is seeking a proactive team member to support strategic resourcing and workforce planning. You will collaborate with divisions and senior management to shape workforce narratives, coordinate resource planning efforts, and engage with MND and MOF to advance resourcing priorities.

You will consolidate inputs, assess workload and staffing needs, and help develop well-substantiated resource proposals. You will support major submissions and preparations for senior management engagements, while

Competenze

• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to turn complex information into clear proposals.
• Experience in resource planning, manpower policy, workforce transformation, or corporate strategy in the public sector would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and central agencies such as MND and MOF.

Mansioni

• Coordinate NParks' resourcing exercises (RF/MMF) with divisions to develop workforce proposals.
• Consolidate cross-divisional inputs to support resource planning discussions.
• Assess workload, staffing and contract reliance to develop right-sizing and redeployment options.
• Ensure proposals align with resource prioritisation, funding and productivity considerations.
• Support development of organisation-wide submissions related to workforce transformation and operations capacity.
• Assist senior management engagements with presentations and site visits tied to resourcing exercises.
• Help build organisational resourcing capability across NParks through training and platforms.
• Contribute to developing NParks' resource distribution strategy and maintain resourcing history records.
