SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a Strategic Resource Planner to support establishment planning and manpower governance. The role involves assessing resourcing requests, identifying optimisation opportunities, and maintaining governance data for informed decision-making.

You will analyse resourcing needs across the organisation, liaise with MOF/MOM on estab matters, and draft papers for senior management discussions and approvals.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in the public sector with policy or planning background and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare concise, well-structured management submissions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
