The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a role focused on strategic resource planning to ensure adequate manpower resources align with national priorities. The position involves evaluating resourcing requests, maintaining estab governance, and delivering reliable data to support management decisions.

You will work across divisions with external agencies as needed, prepare papers for senior management platforms, and help optimise SWDA’s manpower resources through

Responsabilidades

• Support estab planning to ensure adequate manpower resources for organisational priorities.
• Analyse resourcing needs and options to optimise resources across the organisation.
• Maintain the Estab Management Framework and submission requirements.
• Draft papers and materials for senior management discussions and approvals.
• Reconcile estab and headcount data and prepare management reports with insights.
• Communicate decisions and follow up on implementation actions.
